The band normally rehearses on Tuesday evenings from 7:00-9:00 in the Farragut Middle School Band Room. See the directions and maps below. For use with in-car navigation systems or Internet mapping programs, the street address is:

Detailed directions to Farragut Middle School Band Room

a) Driving westbound on I-40, take the Lovell Rd. exit and turn left to go towards Kingston Pike. Turn right on Kingston Pike and travel to the next traffic light (Concord Road). Turn right onto West End Avenue (a 4-lane divided avenue with trees in the divider). Jump to c).

b) Driving eastbound on I-40, take the Campbell Station Road exit, and turn right onto Campbell Station Road. Turn Left onto Kingston Pike. Just past the McDonalds on your left, at the Concord Road Traffic light, turn left onto West End Avenue (a 4-lane divided avenue with trees in the divider). Jump to c)

c) Continue North on West End Avenue to the 4-way stop intersection. Turn left. Go over the speed bump to the T intersection with a one-way road that makes a very large circle in front of the Farragut High School. Turn right onto the one-way circle road. Go past the first exit on your right (access to the huge parking lot). Turn right at the second exit. This is a long road that winds its way down the hill to the rear of the Farragut Middle School. Turn around on the loop at the end of the road and retrace your path to park next to the fenced-in tennis/basketball courts on your right.

Exiting your car, you will be facing a dirt/grass quadrangle, with the gym on the left side, orange/white picnic tables along the back wall, and a fenced in air-conditioning facility at the right end of the building along the back wall of the quadrangle. Walk towards the picnic tables, and enter the last dark brown door, just to the left of the fenced-in a/c units. This takes you into the Farragut Middle School Band Room. If you arrive between 6:45 and 7:00 pm, there will be other band members entering through that door. Just follow the parade.

Once inside, you descend stairs to the band-room floor.
